The first phase of Camden (23 homesites) featured homes
with Low Country and Coastal Cottage architecture.

Camden Village is comprised of four neighborhoods:

THE GREENS

"The Greens" has the smaller, 1/4 acre home sites with traditional

American architecture featuring homes with front porches and rear alley

garages creating privacy by design. Only "Resale" homes available

and all were built by Morrison Homes.

MUIRFIELD

"Muirfield" consists of a collection of classic Spanish Colonial style

homes with tile roofs, pools and rear alley access to the 3-car garages.

  "Resale" homes only available, all built by Castle & Cooke, Florida,

on lots about 1/3 acre in size.

THE GARDENS

"The Gardens" is the final village of this premier community which features

historical European architectural styles. New construction is available on the

nearly 20 lakefront homesites, and another 42 sites facing ponds, gardens

and Lake Burden water views. Choice of Keene's Pointe Preferred Builders

on the lakefront lots and exclusively W.J. Sauerwine and N.W. Harris

Construction on all other lots in this village.
